Prerequisite(s):ACC 361. This course focuses on entity level taxation, including Corporations, Partnerships, S Corporations and Estates and Trusts. Concepts will include formation, operation and distributions of the various entity types as well as federal income tax reporting. This course will also address tax research and written communication skills. Spring semester.
