BUS 301 - Principles of Financial Management

Prerequisite(s): ACC 211, ECO 321, MAT 135 or MAT 161 or MAT 201, and COR 141 or COR 142 or COR 143 or COR 144 or MAT223.
An introductory study of the principles and practices of financial management. Topics examined include: financial markets and interest rates, financial statements and analysis, risk and return, time value of money, stock and bond valuation, sources and costs of capital, capital budgeting analysis, capital structure, and the dividend/repurchase decision.
