MRK 311 - Consumer Behavior

Prerequisite(s): MRK 310 .
The objective of the study of consumer behavior is to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge of consumer buying patterns and business marketing strategies. Students will gain an understanding of the psychological (micro) process that consumers use to make buying decisions, as well as the cultural (macro) influences that shape the modern retail marketing process.
