PSY 430 - Industrial-Organizational Psychology Credits: 3
Prerequisite(s): PSY 101 and nine hours of Psychology or permission of instructor. Industrial- Organizational Psychology is an applied field of psychology that focuses on people in the workplace. Course topics include employee selection, development, engagement, motivation, and performance. This course also addresses organizational behavior; how organizations affect the behavior, attitudes, and well-being of their employees.
