Prerequisite(s): MRK 310 . Based on the current transformation of the marketing landscape, advertising dollars are being steered from the traditional channels to online platforms. As a direct result, marketing professionals are expected to be more optimally rounded and proficient in digital marketing. This course introduces key digital marketing principles including search engine optimization, pay per click, web analytics, social media, email and mobile marketing. Students will explore the essentials for establishing and implementing marketing strategies in digital environments.
