This course focuses on fundamental managerial accounting concepts, analyses, uses, and procedures. The emphasis is to help managers make better decisions. The specific course content includes: the statement of cash flows, financial statement analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, cost allocation, activity-based costing, planning and control, product costing, and capital budgeting.
