CRW 412 - Senior Capstone Portfolio

Prerequisite(s): CRW 306 or CRW 312 or ENG 304 ; senior standing.
This course gives students the opportunity to process a manuscript in creative writing. The manuscript will also include a scholarly introduction, identifying the skills, abilities, and critical judgment students have developed through their study and how they will use them in their future personal, professional, and civic life. Students may also earn credit meeting with resident writers in tutorials, attending workshops and readings conducted by guest authors, and presenting their own writing in a presentation. The particular focus of a given semester will rotate through various genres.
