EDD 515 - Introduction to Research Seminar Credits: 3
Prerequisite(s): Only available to Master’s degree students This course is designed as a graduate-level survey of commonly used qualitative and quantitative research methodologies in special education with emphasis on action research. Focus will be on case-study research or single-case design with a goal of emphasizing the importance of “teachers as consumers of educational research” as well as hands-on experience with designing and conducting research in the class setting.
