EDD 567 - Curricular Issues in Content and Reading in the Deaf Education Classroom Credits: 3
Prerequisite(s): Only available to Master’s degree students. This course emphasizes reading methodologies and best practices when teaching the content areas (e.g. social studies, mathematics, science, etc. The course will focus on the use of expository reading materials at all levels (K-12) with specific attention to adolescent readers who are D/HH in the middle and high school grades.
