SOC 460 - Substance Abuse

Credits: 3

Prerequisite(s): 9 PSY hours or permission of instructor
A study of the way in which drugs impact the individual and society. Commonly used drugs such as nicotine, alcohol, and caffeine are considered, along with prescription and street drugs. This course is cross-listed with PSY 460 .
