The Oral Communication Literacy: Oral communication is a fundamental and empowering skill even during the digital revolution that has swept the world. Effective oral communication helps students strengthen their critical thinking skills and enhances their leadership ability. Furthermore, our role as citizens in diverse communities demands ethical communication, which promotes fairness, honesty, accuracy, personal integrity and respect for others.
- Students must complete one Core course in the Oral Communication Literacy. Any course listed as COR 111 , COR 112 , COR 113, or COR 114 completes this requirement.
